Welcome to OTC COLA

Otter Tail County COLA is organized to facilitate cooperation among member lake and river associations and to assist in fostering wise use of the lake and river areas in Otter Tail County. By joining together and helping each other, we can keep our lakes and rivers stay clean and free of pollutants and prevent the spread of aquatic invasive species (AIS)

The “WE LOVE OUR LAKES” campaign is being run to connect with lake associations and lake property owners interested in protecting and preserving their quality of lake living in Otter Tail County, MN. OTC COLA is encouraging participation of new lakes. The bigger the number of lakes that join together in the common cause the better it will be for all of us. OTC COLA is a private, non-profit organization and the cost of membership is nominal for associations and individuals.  See our brochure, click BROCHURE.

Water quality testing of OTC lakes is an active pursuit of OTC COLA. We have compiled over 20 years of valuable data. OTC COLA encourages lakes to participate in its water testing. OTC COLA will work with new lakes through association or individual memberships to help include them in the program.
