Welcome

Otter Tail County COLA is organized to facilitate cooperation among member lake and river associations and to assist in fostering wise use of the lake and river areas in Otter Tail County.   By joining together and helping each other, we can keep our lakes and rivers clean and free of pollutants and prevent the spread of aquatic
